The Zoho office suite is created by the Zoho Corporation and was launched in the year 2005. It had a web-based word processor at the time of launch.

Additional features and tools like spreadsheets and presentations were added later on. The application of Zoho is distributed as SaaS which is an abbreviation of software as a service.

  1. When it comes to technical support, Zoho falls under Google Workspace as even though Zoho provides numerous features for their customers, they can’t match the 24*7 technical support provided by Google.
  2. In the privacy aspect, Zoho wins over Google Workspace as there has been no case registered about Zoho selling details of their users, whereas Google has received many warnings for a privacy violation. 
  3. In terms of storage, Zoho provides 5GB of storage to every user, whereas Google Workspace provides 30 GB to every user.
  4. Zoho does not provide the function of chatting, whereas Google Workspace has chat functionality.
  5. The services provided by Zoho are cheap or affordable as compared to the services of Google.
