What is Toyota Hilux?
Toyota began production of the Hilux(then named RN10) in March 1968. with a 1.5 L inline-four engine producing 77 PS (57 kW; 76 horsepower) in Japanese market standard.
It was offered in Japan at Toyota Store and Toyopet Store, two retail chains run by Toyota Japan dealerships. The engine was modified to allow for a claimed top speed of 130 km/h.
The Toyota Hilux has become the default pickup for many. It is available in seven colours. The Hilux is 5.3 m long and just under 1.9 m wide. There is 279 mm of ground clearance, a generous 31° approach and a 26° departure angle.
There is a 700 mm weight depth without a snorkel. In terms of weight, it is just over 2 tonnes.
Under the bonnet of the Toyota are a 2.8 litre Four Cylinder Turbo Diesel and 174 horsepower available on a low block from 1600 to 2400 rpm. It has a fuel consumption of just 8.4 litres per 100 km.

What is Ford Ranger?
Ford reintroduced the Ranger name as a customization package for F-Series trucks in 1965, and a Bronco Ranger was produced in 1972. The Ranger trim package was available during the 1981 model year and served as a mid-level to high-level trim package.
The Ranger trim line was dropped from Ford’s light vehicles after the 1981 model year, mostly in anticipation of the company’s 1983 small pickup truck.
The current T6 model is available in 6 colors, and there have only been a few tweaks in the latest model. It is 5.4 m long and just over 1.9 m wide, making it a little bigger than the Toyota. It weighs around 2.2 tonnes.
It has a lower ground clearance at 273 mm as well as slightly less aggressive angles at 29 and 21 degrees, respectively. There are 2 engine options for the Ford Ranger, which is great.
