What is Leuchtturm?
The origin of Leuchtturm dates back to 1917 when Paul Koch built a Publishing House called KaBe. This was established through a partnership. The company evolved with time and began producing stamp albums as primary products. Later, this resulted in the production of Leuchtturm notebooks.
The company is a German-based manufacturing group which produces notebooks, bullet journals, stationery and other retail items. It also has an office located in New York, U.S.with the name of Lighthouse Publications, Inc., which was founded in 1967 by Kurt Sturken.
In addition to this, the company releases the Germany Netto Catalog since 1931. It is a collection of German stamps. Leuchtturm also manufactures coin albums, cases etc. since the introduction of euro coins in 2002.
The Leuchtturm notebooks are medium-dotted and are bound with thread. There is an expandable pocket at the back which is exactly same in size as the regular paper.
