  4. Tea Bags does not provide a rich taste and flavor as compared to Loose Tea as when the loose tea mixes with water and boils the leaves expand and provide enriched flavor. 
  5. Tea Bags does not create any soggy waste while Loose Tea creates soggy waste.

Teabags and loose tea, both have their own pros and cons. But if you do not mind the time, and you want to drink a tea of good taste and flavor which is also nutritious, then the option of loose tea will be better for you.

If you are short of time then you can also prefer teabags. Loose tea may not be budget-friendly for you but it is better for your health than with tea bags. None of these tea would upset you in terms of refreshing you.
