What is HP Chromebook?

This is a laptop or tablet running ChromeOS, a Linux-based operating system.

Chromebooks have evolved since their initial design, when they could only do tasks using the Google Chrome browser, and are now able to run Android and complete Linux apps since 2017 and 2018, respectively.

Installed and launched simultaneously are all supported applications.

Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Keep, and other online services can all be used without an Internet connection on Chromebooks, and they synchronize data when you do.

With the Chrome browser’s Google Play Movies & TV plugin, users may access Google Play video content offline.

On June 15, 2011, the first Chromebooks were produced. Other form factors include Chromebox desktops, Chromebase, an all-in-one device that houses the computer, Chromebit, an HDMI stick PC, and Chromebook tablets.

In 2020, Chromebooks will sell more than Apple Macs for the first time as Microsoft Windows laptops lose market share. The platform’s performance in the education market is credited with this increase.

What is Elitebook?

Hewlett-Packard produces a series of premium mobile workstations and high-end notebooks geared for business (HP Inc.).

In August 2008, HP Compaq’s high-end notebook line was replaced by the EliteBook series, which sits above the more affordable ProBook series.

Up until September 2013, when they were relaunched as HP ZBook, mobile workstations were sold under the EliteBook brand.

The EliteBook primarily competes with the TravelMate computer series from Acer, the Latitude and Precision lines from Dell, the ThinkPad line from Lenovo, and the Portégé and Tecra lines from Toshiba.

The HP EliteBook range is designed to adhere to military MIL-STD-810 specifications for dependability and performance under adverse circumstances, including those involving temperature, altitude, humidity, dust, shock, and vibration.

The laptops have a magnesium alloy body, anodized aluminum lid and palm rests, spill-proof keyboards, active hard drive protection, and twin pointing devices (touchpad and pointing stick).

In later generations, HP added a backlit keyboard option to some 15″ and 17″ workstation models. This contrasts with earlier EliteBook models, which had the HP Night Light keyboard light. The storage options on certain models include SSDs.
