However, it comes under the running shoe category and can be used as a multifunctional shoe.

The characterization of these models includes sock-like fit and flexibility. It also has colorful mesh in the heel with a soft knit in the vamp.

The mesh gives a lightweight attribute to this model and also breathability. Nike makes its shoe lightweight, therefore, Nike Experience RN 7 is not exceptional.

Apparently, the shoe is narrow in the middle part contributing to the bit of bad fitting of the shoe, thus making it uncomfortable for the user.

People with high arches should not buy this product as it will be discomfiting for them.

Moreover, it can be used for hiking, short indoor exercise, Crossfit gym, and so on, as it can also be considered as multipurpose shoe.

The soft knit gives an adaptive fit to the heel. It also has six hexagonal flex grooves offering 6 different flex points while running.

However, it is quite light as it weighs 198 gms. Two other specifications, such as textured outsole and rounded heel rolls, enable traction, durability, and a natural range of motion.

Moreover, the cushioning of this product is pretty bad as well. It can be said that it is comfortable and flexible for normal wear but not for running for long distances.

The inner side is reinforced by rubber, so it may be uncomfortable for true size.

Nike Flex Experience RN 8 is a bit improved as it has a good sporty look, is less bulky, and is leaner. And also, it doesn’t make noises. However, overall performance is quite the same, yet it does improve a little bit.
