Initially, the phone did not support 4g. Later, Samsung provided the 4g option for the Samsung Note 10. Speaking of disadvantages, though the Samsung Note 10 was considered to be premium, it lacked many features like a headphone jack.
It also missed powerful chipsets and batteries, which can are important for premium phones. It also missed the micro-SD card, which everyone prefers to have on their smartphones.
But, on the brighter side, the phone is highly appreciated for its size and display, making the user experience more enhanced. Overall, the phone was indeed a best seller and performed really well in every aspect.
