Seagate Barracuda is a series of types of hard drives. These are available in different sizes, capacities, and speeds. However, if willing to invest a little more, the MX500 model from crucial itself can give you better performance overall. It also has many other features than the crucial bx500. The BX500 was a good choice back in times when not many drives with such features were available.
