It takes the flavor of other ingredients, which makes it easier to add to many dishes. People can also eat Tofu raw. But before eating, you should remove all the excess moisture from the packaging.

If you use half of the packet, then it is necessary to store them in a proper place to prevent germs from growing on it. But the downside of eating Tofu more than the suggested quantity can cause constipation, nausea, and bloating.

But to get the best results, you should eat it in intervals instead of gulping it in one go. Because consuming them in bulk might cause health problems.

Soaked soya chunks are found to be a good source of protein. But soak them in hot water before you eat so that they will be soaked well.
