What is Google TV?

Google TV is a Service, initially an on-demand online video service, provided by Google. It is a Digital distribution company. The service was started in 2011 with the name Google Movies, then later renamed Google Play Movies & TV.

Apple Inc develops Apple TV, the digital media player and Micro console. Apple TV is a Network Appliance that plays the data or media received into displays, either Apple or 3rd Party devices.  

Apple TV lacks integrated controls and will be controlled by an Apple remote and Siri remote. Apple TV runs on its own TV OS, which will produce the best-in-class Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.
