Initially, It was introduced in the year 1996 by Compaq, the term cloud was earlier used to denote the Internet only irrespective of data storage. There are 3 categories of Cloud Computing presently Public, Private, and Hybrid. 

It is fundamental for many online services like e-mails, watching videos, listening to songs, playing games, etc. Startups introduced in the online sphere are the major user of Cloud computing services. In a Cloud Computing network, the server didn’t require any center hardware like a CPU. 

Main Differences Between Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing

  1. Data hacking: Cybersecurity is a tool to control data hacking whereas Cloud Computing is a preventive measure to protect data from hacking. 
  2. Advantages: Cybersecurity Minimize the web crashes and freezing on the other hand Cloud Computing gives an advantage of easy access of data from any place.
  3. Disadvantages: Cybersecurity software makes computer systems slow in operation and Cloud computing is disadvantageous in terms of limited control since the infrastructure is managed by a specific group only.
  4. Budget: Cybersecurity is budget-friendly as compared to Cloud computing since the security software is not much expensive as cloud storage infrastructure.
  5. Nature of expense: Cybersecurity is an annual expense for a business but Cloud computing is a Capital Investment.

The important factor affecting cloud data storage is security, here Anti-virus plays an important role in the cybersecurity of sensitive data from cyber-attacks. By ensuring safety standards for all types of business whether big small, cybersecurity is a crucial business expense. Whether virtual or offline both types of data and information are vulnerable to cyber-attacks which may lead to huge losses sometimes. 

The Digital era is growing through Cloud Computing networks where people can access and store their documents or application from any system. The user cannot stop any digital attack, he can only protect it by using security software.
