The story uploaded by a user is visible for 24 hours. In 2018 app allowed its users to download the archive to their data.

This app also provides the feature of “Co-watching,” with which we can share the post over video calls. The feature of Instagram Reels provides great popularity to this application.

- In Discord, we have to add friends first to see the profile of any user. Whereas in Instagram, we can directly see the profile of any user.

- Discord does not allow the feature of co-watching while Instagram allows it.
- Discord is used by Professionals or gamers. On the other hand, Instagram is more likely for Informal Communication.
