Pecorino can loom black waxy, and that’s what makes it different from the Parmesan. It has a waxy rind and is black. The cheese may look whiter as the preparation month maybe two to three months.
Pecorino is a strong flavor, due to which Cacio e Pepe is a very famous dish. This dish contains cheese and pepper. This dish is very delicious due to which it is liked by the people.
