What is Brezza?

Maruti Suzuki Vitara’s Brezza is the company’s first subcompact SUV, which debuted at the 13th Auto Expo (second largest auto show in the world) in 2016. It is the company’s fourth SUV which is manufactured completely in India. It is similar to Maruti XA Alpha (prototype released in 2012).

It is one of the best family cars designed to provide comfort for the long journey covering a destination of more than 800 Km. It comes in nine variants ( LXI, VXI, ZXI, VXI AT, ZXI Plus, ZXI Plus Dual Tone, ZXI AT, ZXI Plus AT, and the latest is ZXI Plus AT Dual Tone).

Like basic SUVs, it has five manual gears to adjust the pace. It had received a 4-star rating from the new car assessment program (NCAP), which considers safety, features, and value.

Moreover, it blows a safety beep once if the speed is over 80 km/ hr and blows a continuous beep at 120 km/hr speeding. The central locking system is controlled by a remote, although it lacks a speed-sensing door lock.

Other basic features are a manual anti-glare mirror and AC control. Its interior is monochromatic and is available in five tones. It also has an in-dash stereo system. The new model of Brezza has a panoramic sunroof and is an attractive car.

What is Venue?

Hyundai, a South Korean firm, has released the venue car model in 2019. It’s also a crossover SUV with five seats. It is available in two variants: Korean and Indian. South Korea released the QX or QX1, while India released the QX1, a shorter version of the Korean Venue.

This Venue model is available in five variants( E, S, SX, SX+, SX(O)) with the base model of Venue being E and the top trim level being SX(O). This model is not available in Europe, yet it is a popular and convenient choice for middle-class families in other continents.

Its length is similar to Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza but, it is a bit less roomy. It has basic features like two airbags, and also it beeps security tune if the driver over speeds the car. It runs on petrol in most regions, however, in North America, it runs on gasoline.

Its maximum torque (twisting force) is 114 Nm(Newton-meters). It also consists of manual 5-gears, and the standard level is BS6 (Bharat Stage 6). It does not have a remote control facility.

It does not have a roof-mounted antenna for radio signals. Its price is somewhat lesser than Brezza. The latest variant has additional airbags than the basic model and a dual-tone exterior.

Both Brezza and Venue are compact crossover SUVs launched by different automobile companies (Maruti Suzuki Vitara and Hyundai). Brezza is a compact family car launched by Maruti Suzuki company(a subsidiary of Japan’s Suzuki company). The Venue is also one of the compact five-seater cars brought by Hyundai (a Korean automobile company).

Both the cars give great mileage, and people can travel long distances easily and comfortably.
