Once the milk is heated, it is allowed to cool at around 113 degrees Fahrenheit. Thereafter, the bacterial culture is mixed in. Lastly, the milk is kept at 86-113 degrees Fahrenheit for around 4 to 12 hours. 

yogurt consists of 81% water, 9% protein, 5% fat, 4% carbohydrates, including 4% sugar. yogurt has an association with probiotics because it may contain live cultures.
