What is PUBG?

Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds Mobile game is an online game inspired by the film Battle Royale. This game has become a sensation over the years owing to it being free and the fact that it is available in various modes.

The base lore of the game is situated on a fictional island, ‘Erangel’.

It is a battle royale game in which players start with nothing and move around the island collecting equipment and weapons. PUBG is in the form of a battle up to the last player standing.

Three main modes of the game include solo, squad, and duo. In the squad mode, players can compete in a team of 4. The best part about team play is real-world collaboration to emerge victorious against the other teams.

The game begins with players landing on a parachute with nothing onto an island. Players’ first mission is to collect all essentials ranging from medical supplies and weapons.

The graphics of the island is a mix of urban and rural.

In the beginning, the full area is playable but as the game progresses it reduces in size bringing the players closer together. At its climax, very few players or teams are left on the ground and if you’re one of them, then one game can be around 30 minutes.
